Accounts & Data

How do I create an account?

Visit app.quantilo.app, click "Sign Up," and enter your email. Verify your email, set a password, and you're ready to go.

Can I use Quantilo without an account?

Currently, an account is required to save your progress and sync across devices. We're considering a guest mode for quick trials.

How do I delete my account?

Go to SettingsAccountDelete Account. This will permanently delete all your data. This action cannot be undone.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit. Your cards and study data are private and never shared with third parties.

Studying

What is spaced repetition?

Spaced repetition is a learning technique that shows you information at increasing intervals. Cards you know well appear less often; cards you struggle with appear more frequently. This optimizes your study time for maximum retention.

How does the rating system work?

After revealing an answer, you rate your recall:

  • Again — Forgot completely → Review soon
  • Hard — Struggled → Shorter interval
  • Good — Remembered → Normal interval
  • Easy — Perfect recall → Longer interval

How many cards should I study per day?

Start with 20-30 new cards per day and adjust based on your time. Consistency matters more than volume—15 minutes daily beats 2 hours weekly.

Can I reset my progress on a deck?

Yes. Open deck settings → Reset Progress. This clears all scheduling data and treats all cards as new.

Import & Export

Can I import from Anki?

You can import Anki decks by exporting them as CSV and using our CSV import. Native Anki import is on our roadmap.

How do I import from Notion?

Go to ImportFrom Notion, connect your account, and select the pages to convert. See our Notion import guide for details.

Can I export my cards?

Yes. Open any deck → SettingsExport. You can export as CSV or JSON format.
